F put the frozen pizza in oven and made tuna salad. Ate by himself.
After I reached home, gave the children a bath, put out their clothes for the next day, washed the dishes, fed them and washed the dinner dishes and then ate. Then helped them with their homework and put them in bed. My back was hurting - which it does when I am on my feet for a long period of time without a break.
On tuesday morning, he put TL's favourtie jeans on him and asked if TL liked it. When TL shook his head (he wanted to wear his uniform pants as I had told him he looked like an office man in them) FL pushed him on the bed and told TL to wear whatever he wanted, and started cussing. After he wore his pants, FL picked him and threw him on the bed and put on his socks.
When TL was crying because his bandage came off, FL taunted him "don't cry like a girl" because mama is here. Anyway, I consoled TL and put a new bandage.
FL took out the packet on cookies from the snack bags of the children and put cereal bar with nuts. TL hates nuts and was upset that he could not take the cookies. Next time, I will hide the bag in his backpack so FL does not see it

weekend of Oct 27th
F had informed me that he would take the children to NYC on sunday and I could accompany them if I "behaved". I politely informed him I could take a break and do something on my own. I planned to see an indian movie with a N, the girl from India.
But of course as usual when sunday came he decided not to go to NYC, but asked me if I wanted to eat fish at Mystic. I did not say anything, he changed his mind and said we need to buy milk at TJs and shoes of TL. So I cancelled my plans (which has become a norm) and accompanied him as the children insisted that I join them.
When monday, we were not on speaking terms again!
